How do I cancel my subscription?
ToyColor subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel, open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select ToyColor, and tap Cancel Subscription.
How do I delete my account?
Open ToyColor, go to your Profile (tap your avatar), scroll down, and tap Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open ToyColor, go to your Profile, and tap Restore Purchases. This will sync your subscription status if you've reinstalled the app or switched devices.
Why did my generation fail?
Coloring page generation requires an internet connection. If generation fails, check your connection and try again. If the problem persists, contact us at support@toycolor.app.
How many coloring pages can I create?
New users can create up to 10 coloring pages when they get started. After that, free users can create up to 3 coloring pages per rolling 30-day period. Premium subscribers get up to 50 pages per rolling 30-day period, plus access to additional detail levels.
